Hochfeste hochfeste Legierungen auf Nickelbasis basieren traditionell auf Nickel und Chrom, wobei Elemente wie Molybdän, Wolfram und Kobalt zugesetzt werden, um eine zusätzliche Feststofflösungsverstärkung zu erzielen. Wenn die Hochtemperaturfestigkeit kritisch ist, müssen Zusätze von Aluminium, Titan und Niob zugesetzt werden, die zu einer Ausscheidungshärtung führen.
